Lindau
Payment Policy
Effective: 22 August 2026
This policy describes how Lindau presents prices, collects payment, confirms transactions, and handles payment problems across supported gateways.
1. Merchant and transaction
Lindau is the merchant responsible for the sale, delivery, support, refunds, and complaints concerning services purchased on this website. A payment provider processes the transaction but does not become the service supplier.
2. Prices, currency, and fees
The invoice shows the service subtotal, one-time setup fee, tax, transaction surcharge if any, final amount, and charging currency before payment. The amount confirmed on the invoice is the amount authorized.
Your bank or wallet provider may separately charge conversion, cross-border, network, or financing fees. These charges are not collected by us.
3. Supported payment methods
Available methods depend on invoice currency, amount, location, and enabled gateways. They may include Iranian gateways, PayPal, Stripe-supported cards, account wallet, or another listed provider.
Do not send money to an account or address that is not shown in your authenticated invoice or confirmed by official support.
4. Security and card data
Gateway payments are completed on the selected provider's secure page. We do not ask for or store your full card number, card security code, PayPal password, or online-banking password.
Use only a valid payment instrument you are authorized to use. We may delay fulfillment while investigating suspected fraud or sanctions and legal restrictions.
5. Confirmation and records
A payment is complete only after server-side confirmation by the provider. A browser redirect, screenshot, or debit notification alone is not proof of settlement.
Keep the invoice number and provider reference. The dashboard is the authoritative status record; contact support if a successful debit is not reflected after a reasonable time.
6. Failed, pending, or duplicate payments
Do not repeatedly pay a pending invoice. A failed authorization normally releases automatically according to the bank's timetable. Verified duplicate collections are refunded to the original method under the Refund Policy.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory law. Contact support first so we can resolve the issue quickly, without limiting your lawful dispute or chargeback rights.
You may not use a chargeback to avoid a valid charge for a delivered service. We may provide the provider with the invoice, policy acceptance record, service logs, and relevant communications when responding to a dispute.
