Account data: name, email address, hashed password, preferred language, and contact details you provide for Financial, Technical, Domain, or Support roles.

Billing data: invoices, wallet balance movements, and payment method metadata. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our payment providers.

Service data: order configurations, server IP addresses, domain WHOIS information required by registries, and operational logs needed to provide and secure the services.

Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, and request logs used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

To provide and operate the services, including provisioning, billing, support, and lifecycle events such as renewal reminders.

To secure the platform, detect abuse, and meet legal and registry obligations (for example, domain WHOIS submissions).

To communicate service notifications, invoices, and important account changes. Marketing emails, if any, are sent only with your consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.

Payment providers receive the identity, contact, invoice, currency, amount, device, and anti-fraud information necessary to authorize, settle, refund, and dispute a transaction under their own privacy notices.

Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
